I recently had the pleasure of meeting Arson Chhetri, a multifaceted individual who is not only a promising rapper in Nepali and English but also a dedicated full-time snake rescuer based in the captivating city of Pokhara. Our meeting was filled with insightful discussions that touched upon his unique pursuits and my own passion for snake conservation.
An Inspiring Encounter
As we sat down for a cup of tea in Chitwan, Arson and I delved into his experiences as a rapper and his remarkable journey as a snake rescuer. His dedication to both these fields is truly commendable, and it was evident that his commitment to making a positive impact in society shines through in all his endeavors.
Empowering Documentation and Dissemination
During our conversation, I had the opportunity to share some valuable suggestions with Arson. I encouraged him to consider documenting his snake rescue efforts through videos. This documentation not only serves as a record of his remarkable work but can also be an educational tool, allowing others to witness his compassionate approach to snake rescue.
Additionally, I recommended that Arson create his own visiting cards. These cards would not only provide him with a professional identity but also serve as a means to disseminate crucial information about snake rescue, safety measures, and steps to take in case of snake encounters. This simple yet effective tool can help spread awareness and empower individuals to respond to snake encounters with confidence.

We explored how these tools can be applied to his work as a snake rescuer, enhancing his ability to connect with both the snakes he rescues and the community he serves.
